Dear Visitor,

My name is E.M. Sha and with the grand opening of the SIGNATURE RESIDENCE in December 2007 a heart-felt wish of mine came true -

To build a resort on the land where I was born and grew up - in the enchantingly beautiful, emerald green land of coconut palms and beautiful beaches – KERALA. The area name is KERALAM in the local language of Malayalam - KERA, meaning coconut and ALAM meaning house. This lush Southern Indian landscape is flanked by the Western Ghats to the East, the Arabian Sea to the West and is strewn with rivers, lagoons, backwaters and rich vegetation in between.
