Ayurveda is as old as Indian ethos of holistic approach. Its age is timeless.Ayurveda has thus redefined the concepts of health.According to Indian mythology Ayurveda originated from Brahma and considered as the Upaveda of Adharva Veda.

Ayurveda says "The body is a miniature of the Universe." The Basic Principles of Ayurveda are:

1. Pancha maha bhootha Theory
2. Tri dosha Theory and Chathurvimsathi purusha.

In a living being the Pancha maha bhootha, Manas (mind) and Atma (soul) are in perfect union. In human beings the state of health is determined by the perfect equilibrium of Tridoshas (Vata, Pitha and Kapha) As a system of medicine, Ayurveda aims to maintain health and cure disease. The way of life is the key to health, according to this science. Hence it advocates a life of physical, mental and spiritual discipline. It believes in the innate abilities of nature and the body to cure itself. The medicines, when required, are collected from nature- herbs and plants, animals and animal products and mineral products-which detoxify and neutralize with the natural substances of the human body. Thus the methodology of treatment premises the interdependence of various factors of the human body.

Short Term Treatment For Health Promotion

Relaxation Massage ( 3 to 7 days)

Indication: Relaxes muscles and increase blood circulation in the body.It removes mental stress and induce relaxation of body and mind.

Duration: 1 hrs

Rejuvenation Massage ( 3 to 7days)

Indication: Along with very special rare oils rejuvenates the various system and refreshes the body.Good for reducing stress,sexual weakness,spinal problems`and to improve vitality.

Duration: 1hrs

Deep Tissue Massage ( 3 to 7 days)

Indication: deep tissue massage for all joints including spine and nerves with special herbal oils. It relives joint pain, rheumatic complaints and low back pain

Duration: 1 hrs

Traditional Foot Massage ( 3 to 7 days)

Indication: Done by foot with special oil over the entire body. Head and face will be massaged by hand. It is an unique deep healing massage of kerala.

Duration :1 hrs

Powder Massage( Udwarthanam) ( 3 to 7 days)

Indication : Done with specially formulated herbal powder in upward direction, which removes excessive fat in the body. It is mainly indicated for obesity, for lightness and freshness, also good for rheumatic problems.

Main Long Term Treatments For Health Promotion

This therapy includes three phases, Poorva Karma (Preparatory method), Pradhana karma (Main treatments) and Paschat karma (Rejuvenation) which include preparatory methods like Snehanam, Swedanam, Oil Massages, Sirodhara, Elakizhi, Podikizhi, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Sirovasthy, Panchakarma methods like Nasyam,Vamanam, Virechanam, Vasthi and rektha mokshanam and all Rejuvenating treatments.

Duration: 2-3hrs/day Diet: The client has to follow a special Ayurvedic diet. These are mostly classical treatments in Ayurveda and one has to undertake such treatments on long term basis for optimum results. These treatments are therapeutic and rejuvenating at the same time

1. PANCHAKARMA ( 7 to 15 days)

Panchkarma, means "five actions" or "five treatments" is a procedure to thoroughly cleanse the body of toxic materials that accumulate due to disease and/or poor nutrition. Panchkarma helps the body to re-achieve balance and longevity.

We offer Panchkarma therapies like, Vaman, Virechan, Nasya, vasthi and Rekthamokshanam along with many other pre and post procedural treatments to the actual Panchkarma treatments.

• Vaman-
  
  • this is a medicated emesis therapy used to decongest the chest, purify gastro-intestinal tract.
    
    Indications: Bronchial asthma, chronic allergic disorders, acidity, chronic indigestion.
    
• Virechan-
  
  • this is a medicated purgation therapy aims at full body purification
    
    Indications:Hyperacidity, intestinal cleansing, joint disorders, digestive disorders, gynaecological disorders, diabetes, skin ailments, headache, etc.
    
• Vasti-
  
  • this is a medicated enema therapy available in various types such as Matra/Sneha/Kashaya/Vaitharan/Yaapan. It cleanses the toxins from all three doshas namely vata, pitta and kapha, and especially works on vata dosha through the colon. Certain herbal oils, extracts, decoctions etc, are applied through the rectum (like enema) daily for a prescribed time.
    
    Indications: Paralysis, Hemiplegia, colitis, obesity, cervical spondylitis, IBS, constipation, backache, sciatica, obesity, sexual debility, infertility, digestive disorders, etc.
    
• Nasya-
  
  • it cleanses accumulated Kapha toxins from the head and neck. Herbal juices, medicated oils, churna, ghrita, fumes of herbs are used through nostrils in this treatment.
    
    Indications: Highly effective in headaches, paralysis, sinusitis, insomnia, stress and strain and is especially useful in all ailments of 'Urdhvajatru' i.e. area and organs above neck. This treatment is extremely beneficial in trigeminal neuralgia, improves memory and eyesight, hyper pigmentation of face, premature greying of hair, brings clarity to voice, migraines, nasal allergies, sinusitis etc.
    
• Raktamokshana or Blood Letting-
  
  • This is an effective blood purification therapy in which a procedure for carefully controlled removal of small quantities of blood is conducted to neutralize the accumulated pitta toxins.
    
    Indications: Skin eruptions, psoriasis, eczema, varicose veins, sciatica, etc.
    
2. REJUVENATION THERAPY ( 7 TO 15 DAYS)

This includes`internal application of rejuvenative herbal preparations and external ayurvedic therapies.This therapy is 90-min to 2 hrs per day for 7 to 15 days .This package is good to rejuvenate mind,body &soul,to tone up skin,to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.

3. YOU AND YOUR SPINE( 7 TO 15 DAYS)

Special package for your spine problems.It will strengthen the back muscles and prevent degeneration of bones .It can also prevent nerve compression and disc prolapse.This is very good for spondylosis,neck and shoulder stiffness,post accidental problems, sports injuries etc.

4. BODY IMMUNIZATION / ANTIAGING TREATMENT( 7 TO 15 DAYS)

This is a prime treatment in ayurveda for reducing ageing process, arresting the degeneration of body cells and to immunize the body system.Giving rassayana( very special ayurveda preparation) internal is main part of the programme,based on panchakarma and sweda karma treatment.

5. SLIMMING PROGRAMME ( 7 TO 15 DAYS)
